Mg (OH )2 and waterborne polyurethane resin were blended to prepare coating adhesive to finish the cotton fabrics . The effects of the particle size of Mg (OH )2 , the amount of addition , coating thickness on the thermal insulation properties of the coated fabric were studied .SEM was used to analyze the Mg(OH)2 based coated fabric .The results show that smaller particle size and more addition of magnesium hydroxide leads to better thermal insulation effect of the coated fabric .The optimal coating thickness is 0 .12 mm .%将氢氧化镁与水性聚氨酯树脂混合制成涂层胶,对棉织物进行涂层整理.研究了氢氧化镁粒径、添加量以及涂层厚度对镁基涂层织物隔热性能的影响,并用SEM对镁基涂层织物进行分析.结果表明:氢氧化镁粒径越小,添加量越大,镁基涂层织物隔热效果越好,涂层厚度以0.12 m m为宜.
