发挥社区教育在人才生态建设中的作用,需做到:为社区教育在当地铺展提供制度化支撑;注重发挥开放大学在社区教育体系中的龙头作用;建立适度正规化的柔性学习机制以及学分银行;最大限度整合社会资源,创新社区教育实现形式;着重培养社会工作人才,促进人才的就地培育和开发.%To play a more important role of community education in talent ecosystem,it's necessary to provide Institutional sup-port for community education,play a leading role of local open university,establish flexible learning system and school credit bank,in-tegrate social resources and update the forms community education,cultivate social work talents and promote the local human resources development.
