Network politics,as a new thing of the governing ecology in China,has been highly emphasized by the governments at all levels.Owing to the characteristics of zero distance,zero time difference,fastness,interaction,openness and freedom in the communications,network politics has become not only an important channel for the Party and government to gauge public sentiments,understand public opinions,listen to the voice of the people and bring their wisdoms together,but also an important platform for ordinary people to realize their rights to know,to participate,to express and to supervise.However,network politics is still in its infancy at present in China,and a series of problems have occurred in the process of its development.So,the government and the internet users should strive to bring into play all positive forces to make the civilization,rationality and constructiveness become the mainstream of the network users＇ opinions,so as to explore the harmonious,orderly development of the network politics,and finally to realize the good governance of our country.%由于沟通的零距离、零时差、快捷、互动、自由开放等特性,＂网络问政＂已成为党和政府体察民情、了解民意、倾听民声、汇聚民智的重要渠道,成为普通民众实现知情权、参与权、表达权、监督权的重要窗口。但＂网络问政＂在我国的发展还处于起步阶段,在发展过程中凸显出了一系列问题,对此,需要政府和网民多方努力,充分调动一切积极力量,使文明、理性成为网络民意的主流,从而探索公民＂网络问政＂的和谐有序发展之路,实现从治理到善治的升华。
