丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯的合成研究

         

摘要

以聚酯、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)等为主要原料,丙烯酸酯作为改性剂,通过对改性反应温度的时间、DMPA用量、R值、改性剂加入量和引发剂加入量的考查得出:当预聚温度和时间分别为70℃和4h,DMPA用量为5%,R值(nNCO/nOH)为1.15,单体加入量为5.7%,引发剂加入量为0.04%时,能制得外观和性能优良的改性水性聚氨酯乳液.%Using polyester,toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TD1) and dimethyol propionic acid(DMPA)as the main raw materials,and acrylate as the modifier.the modified water-borne polyurethane(WPU)was prepared.The effects of temperature and time of polymerization,DMPA content,R value,modifier amount and initiator amount on WPU performance were investigated.The results showed that when the temperature and time of prepolymerization is 70 ℃? And 4 hour,respectively,the content of DMPA is 5%, the NCO/OH mol ratio is 1.15,the content of butyl acrylate is 5.7%, and the iamount of initiator is 0.04%, the modified water-borne polyurethane has excellent performance.
