A total of 946 pediatrio patients were treated for a skin hemangioma between 2011 and 2012 at Nanning Hospital, who had received radiotherapy. Seventy-one percent of suffering-infants were at the age below 6 months. 6 ~ 12 infants aged between 6 to 12 months, accounting for 20% . The radiation dose was 11.5 Gy on average for the skin hemangioma during radiotherapy. The duration of treatment was 16. 2 d,and the total effective rate was 94. 8% . No obvious side effects were founded in all reports. The incidence of skin hemangioma was higher in younger infants. No significant dose-age relationship was found between the radiation dose for the treatment of hemangioma and the age of patients.%将946例皮肤血管瘤患儿纳入研究序列,使用国产90Sr敷贴器进行局部血管瘤照射,治疗总时间不超过3个疗程(24 d).结果显示,皮肤血管瘤病例中3～6个月的婴儿占71%,6～12个月占20%,12~24个月占8%.平均治疗时间为10.2 d,平均治疗剂量为11.5 Gy,治疗总有效率为94.8%,未见明显副作用,各年龄组间90Sr治疗应用剂量无明显差异.低龄儿童皮肤血管瘤患者中,女性多于男性,且随年龄升高患病比率降低.
