Ba4In2O7纳米棒薄膜的制备与光催化性能

     

摘要

Ba4(In0.95Cr0.05)2O7 thin film on quartz substrate was prepared by an sol-gel method. The film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectrometry. The as-prepared film was formed by nanorods and showed a wide light absorption range with a main absorption edge around 450 nm. Photocatalytic properties of the thin film were investigated by measuring degradation of methyl orange in aqueous solution under light irradiations. The decomposition rate reached 76% within 2 h. This thin film showed promising photocatalysis as it could be reclaimed and reused easily. Besides, the photocatalysis activity can be further improved by modifying the material and the photocatalysis reaction system.%采用溶胶凝胶法在石英基体上制备Ba4(In0.95Cr0.05)2O7薄膜.通过X射线衍射,扫描电镜,紫外漫反射光谱,光照下水溶液中甲基橙降解实验表征材料性能.SEM结果表明薄膜由均匀纳米棒组成,紫外漫反射结果表明材料吸收边为450nm,具有较宽的光谱响应范围.光催化实验表明材料在2 h内甲基橙降解率达到76%.由于该材料易于回收再利用,可重复使用,并且其光催化效率可通过材料和光催化反应体系的不断改性来继续提高,因而在光催化方面具有较理想的研究及应用前景.
