一种新型固-固相变储能材料的制备及其表征

     

摘要

In this paper, beginning from Benzaldehyde glycerol acetals, through the end-groups modification of MPEG, a novel mono-mer with double carboxyl and phase change unit of MPEG was synthesized via a series of reaction. And then a novel solid-solid phase change storage materials was synthesized via polymerization step by step. The composition, structure and phase change behavior of the copolymer were researched via FI-IR spectra, 1H NMR spectra, DSC curve. The results show that the phase change storage material has an excellent phase change properties.%从苯甲醛甘油缩醛出发,经聚乙二醇单甲醚端基改性,通过一系列反应合成了含有双羟基并带有MPEG相变单元的新型单体,并通过逐步聚合方法合成了一种新型固-固相变储能材料.通过红外、核磁、DSC表征了制备的新型相变材料的组成结构和相变行为.结果表明该相转变材料拥有较好的相转变特性.
