高转速标准装置研究与建立

         

摘要

The high rotational speed standard device based on brushless DC coreless micro motor and FPGA technology for high-accuracy rotational speed control was investigated and established,with resolution of 1 r/min in the measurement range of 30 000 r/min to 100 000 r/min.The expanded calibration uncertainty of this standard device is 1 ×10-s,k =3.The structure of the device and key technology involved were described.The dual closed-loop control solution was explained.The calibration results were provided.This high rotational speed standard device is used as an important working standard for the feasible traceability of high-precision optical tachometers and rotational speed measuring instruments at measurement range above 30 000 r/min.%研究建立了高转速标准装置,在转速范围30 000 ~ 100 000 r/min内,实现了基于直流无刷空心杯微电机和FPGA转速控制的高精度转速的发生,分辨力1 r/min,装置校准不确定度1×10-5,k=3.介绍了装置的结构组成和解决的关键技术问题,描述了双闭环控制的策略,给出了校准的实验数据.高转速标准装置是光电转速测量仪和高精度转速表在30 000 r/min以上量程有效溯源的重要计量标准装置.
