注入内毒素后家兔体温及血浆内毒素水平动态变化的研究

         

摘要

为研究注入内毒素后家兔体温的变化及血浆内毒素浓度变化的动态过程,为内毒素血症的干预治疗提供实验依据.经家兔注射内毒素5 μg/kg建立内毒素血症动物模型,以体温计动态测定家兔肛温变化,采用EDS-99内毒素定量测试系统检测不同时相血浆内毒素水平,发现注入内毒素后0.5 h体温值明显升高,此后各时相与正常组比较均有明显的差异(P<0.05),于48 h始恢复正常.血浆内毒素水平明显高于正常组,于注射后24 h和72 h两次出现高峰值:(369.17±93.75)EU/ml、(301.53±69.65)EU/ml,于168 h自然恢复至正常水平(0.73±0.35) EU/ml.结果表明:注入内毒素后48 h内体温呈持续增高,表现为发热反应;外源性内毒素在家兔体内自然清除率缓慢,代谢周期约1周.%The dynamic changes of body temperature and plasma endotoxin levels in rabbits after infusion with endotoxin were studied to provide laboratory basis for the treatment of endotoxemia. The model of rabbits with endotoxemia was established by the injection of E Coli lipoplysaccharides at a dose of 5 μg/kg body weight. The anal temperature was recorded dynamically by thermometer and the dynamic changes in the plasma endotoxin levels were quantitatively analyzed by using EDS-99 endotoxin detecting system. It was found that the rabbits' body temperature was increased obviously 30 min after injection of endotoxin, and afterwards the body temperature of the model rabbits at all other phases was significantly higher than that in the normal control (P<0.05). The body temperature at 48 h after endotoxin challenging returned to the normal range. Compared to the normal control group the plasma endotoxin levels in the model group were markedly elevated and formed two peaks at 24 h and at 72 h: 369.17±76.55 EU/ml and 301.53±56.87 EU/ml respectively, and felled down to a valley at 168 h (0.33±0.37 EU/ml). It was suggested that rabbits' temperature was continuously elevated with in 48 h after injection of endotoxin, and exogenous endotoxin experienced a slow and long catabolism circle around a week in the rabbit body.
