石川化痰散祛痰镇咳作用的实验研究

摘要

目的：通过药效学试验验证石川化痰散的功能与主治，为临床用药提供科学依据。方法：利用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法及小鼠酚红祛痰法(气管段酚红法)观察药物对实验动物的影响。结果：石川化痰散能够减少枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽次数，增加小鼠支气管酚红的排泌量。结论：石川化痰散具有明显的镇咳、祛痰作用。%Objective; To study the apophlegmatic and antitussive actions of Shichuan Huatan powder to provide a scientific basis for clinical application. Methods; The apophlegmatic and antitussive actions of Shichuan Huatan powder were studied by the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion of mice trachea and citric acid cough in guinea pigs. Results: The result shows Shichuan Huatan powder can significantly promote phenolsulfonphthalein excretion in mice trachea and reduce the number of cough by citric acid in guinea pigs. Conclusion: The apophlegmatic and antitussive effects of Shichuan Huatan powder are evident through the experiments.
