泽兰有效成分对急性血瘀大鼠凝血功能和体外血栓形成的影响

         

摘要

Objective:To observe effect of active ingredients from the herba lycopi on thrombosis and blood coagulation in acute blood stasis rats. Methods: Build up the model of acute blood stasis in rats and observe the effects of active ingredients from the herba lycopi on thrombosis. The activated partial thromboplasin time ( APTT) , prothrombin time ( PT) , thrombin time(TT) and plasma fibrinogen( FIB) were tested to observe the effects on blood coagulation function of blood stasis rats. Results:In the model group, the length,wet weight and dry weight of thrombus increased envidently. Both the middle and high dose of the active ingredients could remarkablely shorten the thrombus length, and obviously reduce the thrombus dry weight and the wet weight(P <0.05). In the model group, APTT,IT and PT were obviously shortened, and the FIB content increased (P <0.05). The low dose could significantly prolong PT(P<0.05) ;the middle and high dose could not only envidently prolong APTT,TT and PT,but also significantly decrease FIB(P <0. 05). Conclusion: The active ingredients from the herba lycopi can significantly inhibit thrombosis formation and adjust the blood coagulation in acute blood stasis rats.%目的:观察泽兰有效成分对急性血瘀模型大鼠凝血功能和体外血栓形成的影响.方法:大鼠注射盐酸肾上腺素同时配合冰水浴制作急性血瘀证模型.观察体外血栓长度、湿重和干重的变化,测定活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)和血浆纤维蛋白原含量(FIB).结果:模型组血栓长度、湿重和干重均显著增加,泽兰中、高剂量组血栓长度明显缩短,湿重及干重明显减轻(P<0.05).模型组APTT、TT和PT均显著缩短,FIB含量明显增加(P<0.05).泽兰低剂量组PT明显延长(P<0.05);泽兰中、高剂量组APTT、TT和PT明显延长,FIB显著降低(P<0.05).结论:泽兰有效成分能显著抑制急性血瘀证大鼠血栓的形成并调节其凝血功能.
