橙皮苷及橙皮素清除自由基活性的研究

摘要

目的:比较橙皮苷和橙皮素的抗氧化活性.方法:UV-Vis光谱测定橙皮苷和橙皮素对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)和羟基自由基(·OH)的清除作用.结果:橙皮苷和橙皮素对两种自由基都有较好的清除作用,清除效果随浓度的增大而增大.橙皮素清除DPPH·的能力明显强于橙皮苷,橙皮素清除·OH的能力略强于橙皮苷.结论:橙皮素比橙皮苷的体外抗氧化活性强.%Objective: To compare the antioxidant ability of hesperidin and hesperitin. Method; The scavenging reaction to 1,1- diphenyl - 2 - picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH·) and hydroxyl radical (·OH) of hesperidin and hesperitin were tested by UV - Vis spectrophotometer. Result: Hesperidin and hesperitin were able to scavenge the two kinds of free radicals , and the scavenying capacity showed a concentration - dependent manner. The scavenying activity of DPPH·of hesperitin was significantly stronger than that of hesperidin. And the scavenying activity of·OH of hesperitin was slightly stronger than that of hesperidin. Conclusion:The antioxidant activity in vitro of hesperitin is stronger than that of hesperidin.
