This paper focuses on the relative specific correlation between channel points and Zang -fu organs. After reviewing the literature in the database of CNKI from 1990 - 1999, and the database of Pubmed in the past decade,a systematic analysis is made about the correlation between channel points and the Zang - fu organs of the animals. It has been found that these researches have adopted modern experimental techniques, including morphology, neural discharge , intramuscular discharge and hemodynamics. It verifies the specific effect in terms of the correlation between the channel points and Zang - fu organs, which is related to the peripheral nerves, central nerves, myocardial biochemistry and materials of the channels. It is a significant finding, which has laid a foundation for further study.%以经穴与脏腑间存在相对的特异性联系为出发点,查阅1990年～1999年CNKI数据库文献和近10年Pubmed数据库,系统分析基于正常或疾病动物的经穴与脏腑相关性的研究情况.发现此时期基于动物的经穴-脏腑相关性研究,已借助形态学、神经放电、肌肉放电、组织生化等现代实验技术和方法,探讨了针刺对脏腑功能活动调节的神经传导途径、针刺对脏腑功能活动的调节和经脉线上物质的变化等,证明了经穴-脏腑相关的特异效应,此效应与外周神经、中枢神经、心肌组织生化和经脉线上物质等有关,取得了丰硕成果,为后续的研究奠定了基础.
