糖槭皂苷体内外抗肿瘤作用研究

摘要

目的：研究糖槭皂苷的抗肿瘤活性，开发新的抗肿瘤药物资源。方法：采用超声波提取法提取、大孔树脂法富集糖槭皂苷；采用MTT法观察糖槭皂苷对肝癌SMMC7721细胞和胃癌SGC7901细胞的增殖抑制作用，以荷瘤小鼠为模型，观察糖槭皂苷体内抗肿瘤作用。结果：MTT法结果表明，与阴性对照组相比较，糖槭皂苷可显著抑制肝癌细胞SMMC7721和胃癌细胞SGC7901的活性，并呈量-效关系；糖槭皂苷能抑制小鼠瘤重，并且能提高免疫器官指数。结论：糖槭皂苷具有明显的抗肿瘤活性，具有开发价值。%Objective:To study the antitumor activity of Saponins from Acer Saccharum, and to exploit the new source of antitumor bioactive agents.Methods:Saponins were extracted by ultrasonic and enriched by macroporous resin adsorption from Acer Saccharum.MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibitive effects on human hepatoma SMMC7721 and human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC7901.Establish models of hepatoma mice and study the effects on the tumor.Results:Com-pared with negative control group, MTT assay indicated that saponins from Acer Saccharum inhibited the proliferation of human hepatoma SMMC7721 and human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC7901 .And it presented dose-response relation-ship.Meanwhile, Acer Saccharum could obviously inhibit the tumor weight of tumor-bearing mice, and increase the index of immune organs.Conclusion:Saponins from Acer Saccharum have an obviously antitumor activity and available value.
