PURPOSE: A Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans KCTC22231T-derived ginsenoside glycosidase is provided to convert PPD(protoanaxadiol) saponin to soluble saponin.;CONSTITUTION: A ginsenoside glycosidase is derived from Rhodanobacter ginsenosidimutans KCTC 22231T. A ginsenoside glycosidase has an amino acid of sequence number 1. A nucleic acid encoding the ginsenoside glycosidase is denoted by sequence number 2. A recombinant vector pHisBGL3054 contains the nucleic acid encoding the ginsenoside glycosidase. A method for preparing the ginsenoside glycosidase comprises: a step of culturing a transformant which is prepared by transforming E.coli; and a step of collecting ginsenoside glycosidase from the transformant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
