补肾祛瘀化痰方联合达英—35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Quyu Huatan decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),to provide relevant reference for clinical combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine when treating this kind of disease.Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with Diane-35 on 5th day during menstrual period;whereas,patients in the observation group were also intervened with Bushen Quyu Huatan decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Clinical effect,sex hormones,ovarian indexes,BMI,WHR,and menstrual cycle were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 85.71％ (36/42),compared to 69.05％ (29/42) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).After treatment,sex hormones and relevant ovarian indexes improved more in the observation group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in terms of BMI and WHR between the two groups;after treatment,BMI of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,there were less cases of sparse menstruation or amenorrhea in the observation group than these in the control group,with more increased cases of normal menstruation in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Bushen Quyu Huatan decoction combined with Diane 35 has good effect on PCOS,it can effectively regulate sex hormones and other ovarian indexes,it improved obesity and menstrual cycle,which has important clinical value.%目的:探究补肾祛瘀化痰方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效,为中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征提供相应的依据.方法:选取2015年1月-2016年9月期间在我院诊治的多囊卵巢综合征病患84例,采用随机数字表的方法将患者随机分成对照组和观察组;对照组患者在月经期第5天给予达英-35口服进行治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上增加补肾祛瘀化痰方进行治疗;观察比较两组患者用药后的疗效,以及性激素与卵巢指标、BMI、WHR及月经周期等方面的改善情况.结果:观察组的有效率为85.71％(36/42),对照组的有效率为69.05％(29/42),实验组患者的有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组的相关性激素指标与卵巢相关指标的改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗前BMI、WHR数据比较无统计学意义;治疗后观察组患者的BMI下降情况优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组患者的月经稀发、闭经例数低于对照组,观察组患者月经正常例数高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:补肾祛瘀化痰方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征具有显著的疗效,能够有效调节病患的性激素指标与卵巢相关指标,对肥胖、体重有显著改善,改善女性月经周期,有重要的临床推广价值.
