中医外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变研究进展

摘要

本文对近5年来,中医外治法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床文献进行整理,从中药外洗、熏蒸、足浴、穴位贴敷、穴位注射、针灸疗法、按摩疗法等几个方面进行总结归纳,阐释了应用上述外治疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效、作用特点及优势,并对今后的研究方向进行分析讨论.%This study reorganized and analyzed the clinical literature relevant to the treatment of diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy using external therapies in recent five years. It summarized and illustrated the clinical therapeutic effects, char-acteristics and advantages of TCM medication in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, from the aspects of therapies of external washing with Chinese medicinal, TCM fumigation, lavipeditum, acupoint application, acupoint in-jection, acupuncture, and Tuina. It also discussed the direction of further researches for the treatment of this kind of disease.
