液压平衡式水下武器发射系统仿真分析

             

摘要

Based on physical characteristic of an underwater weapon launching system for submarine, the mathematical model of the system was built which is composed of three sub-system models of impulsion module, hydraulic pressure conversion module and weapon system dynamics module. According to characters balanceable launching system, the parameter of pressure increment was adopted, and taking the water cylinder, the water chamber and the launch tube as three chambers with uniform pressure, the linearity relations among weapon, piston subassemblies and water impelled were given, to reduce the complexity of the mathematical model. Simulation was conducted under the Matlab/Simulink programing environment. The simulated results are in agreement with the obtained data, which shows that the established model can be used for dynamic analysis of the system.%基于潜艇水下武器发射系统的物理特性,建立了水压平衡式水下武器发射系统的数学模型,分别给出了原动力模块、液压转换模块、武器系统运动子模块的数学模型.根据平衡式发射的特点,模型中采用压力增量作为参数,将水缸、发射水柜和发射管视为3个压力均匀的工作腔,在活塞组件、武器及推动海水间建立线性关系,大大简化了模型的复杂度.应用控制体分析方法,建立了液压平衡系统的控制方程.利用Matlab/Simulink软件,对发射过程进行了动态仿真.仿真结果与武器发射试验所得到的数据符合良好,表明所建立的数学模型能够用于该系统的动态分析.
