无纺布白僵菌剂林间防治萧氏松茎象试验研究

         

摘要

通过林间试验,研究无纺布白僵菌剂对萧氏松茎象的防治效果.结果表明,2010年和2011年在无纺布白僵菌条防治试验样地,萧氏松茎象虫口密度分别下降47.5%和64.0%,而对照区的虫口密度分别上升7.02%和4.92%;防治效果分别为51.0%和65.7%.用诱捕器开展林间萧氏松茎象成虫数量及其白僵菌感染情况调查.结果表明,2010年和2011年在防治试验样地和对照样地诱捕到的成虫数量比分别为52.5%和49.1%;在防治试验样地诱集到的萧氏松茎象成虫白僵菌感染率分别达到74.6%和78.2%.因此认为,林间使用无纺布白僵菌条防治能够明显抑制萧氏松茎象种群的上升.%The non-woven fabric bands with Beauveria bassiana was applied to test the control effect on Hylobitelus xiaoi Zhang in the slash pine forest plots in 2010 and 2011. The test results indicated that the pine weevil populations decreased by 47. 5% in 2010 and 64. 0% in 2011 while the populations in the CK increased by 7.02% and 4. 92% , and that the control effects were 51. 0% and 65. 7% , respectively. Pitfall traps were employed to monitoring the H. xiaoi adults in the field. The percent rates of weevils trapped in the plots to those in the CK were 52. 5% in 2010 and 49. 1% in 2011. And infection rates of the adults trapped in the 2 years were 74. 6% and 78. 2% , respectively. Therefore it is reasonable to conclude that using non-woven fabric bands with B. bassiana against H. xiaoi is considerably effective to reduce the weevil abundance.
