不同保鲜剂对花毛茛切花生理效应的影响

         

摘要

In this study ,the cut flowers of Ranunculus asiaticus were used as experimental materials ,and nine different preservative agents ( distilled water as control ) were utilized in their preservation .The results showed that superoxide dismutase ( SOD) and peroxidase ( POD) activities of R.asiaticus cut flowers increased firstly and then declined;that both their malondialdehyde (MDA) and proline (Pro) contents increased during the vase life;that their catalase ( CAT) activity declined while being stored in the agents .Based on the compre-hensive analysis of the morphological ,physiological and biochemical characteristics of R.asiaticus cut flowers,it was found that No .⑥treatment,consisted of 3%Sugar+200 mg/L 8-HQS+40 mg/L AgNO3+25 mg/L SA +100 mg/L Al2( SO4 ) 3 ,was had the best effect among all the tested ones .It was helpful not only to extend its vase life and reach 12 d,which was 4 d longer than the control and 2 d longer than chrysal in their vase life;but also to nicely maintain the shape and color of their petals and leaves .%以花毛茛鲜切花为材料,采用9种不同保鲜剂(清水为对照)对其进行保鲜研究。结果表明:花毛茛切花超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性、过氧化物酶( POD)活性总体趋势均先增高后下降;过氧化氢酶( CAT)活性呈降低趋势;丙二醛( MDA)含量、脯氨酸( Pro)含量总体均呈增高趋势。综合比较发现:处理⑥(3%蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-HQ S+40 mg/L AgNO3+25 mg/L SA +100 mg/L Al2( SO4)3)既能延长花毛茛的瓶插期,达到12 d,比对照及可利鲜分别延长了4d、2d;又能较好地保持其花瓣形态及色泽、促进花茎的增大,保鲜效果最佳。
