从低碳经济出发概述了低碳农业的内涵及发展思路,归纳了农业碳源、碳汇的效果和产生机理,研究认为碳源有三类研究方向,碳汇有四种实施途径；低碳农业发展的主要模式是农业生物资源充分利用,管理手段的核心是增加有机碳固定；提出发展低碳农业应深化经济领域研究、加强技术与社会应用的结合、推进制度设计.%According to the concept of low-carbon economy the connotation and development ideas of low-carbon agriculture are summarized. The effects of agricultural carbon sources and sinks and their generation mechanism are summed up,and it is believed that there are three research directions in carbon sources and four implementation ways in carbon sinks. It is put forward that the main mode of developing low-carbon agriculture is to make full use of agricultural biological resources and the core management method is to increase organic carbon fixation. In order to develop low-carbon agriculture,the study on economic fields should be deepened,the combination between technical and social applications should be strengthened,and the system design should be promoted.
