以LC10、LC20、LC30和LC40系列亚致死浓度的氟啶脲处理甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫,研究其对甜菜夜蛾生长繁殖的影响.结果表明:氟啶脲对幼虫化蛹有明显抑制作用,随着氟啶脲浓度升高化蛹率降低,LC40处理后的化蛹率仅为对照组的37.44%;亚致死浓度的氟啶脲可导致畸蛹率和成虫畸形率增加;亚致死浓度的氟啶脲对幼虫历期、蛹重、蛹期和羽化率等指标的影响不显著,并且性别间无明显差异.在繁殖性能方面,产卵前期随氟啶脲亚致死浓度升高而延长,LC40处理组产卵前期为2.75 d;总产卵量随氟啶脲亚致死浓度升高而减少,LC40处理组的总产卵量仅为对照组的42.78%;卵的孵化率随氟啶脲亚致死浓度的升高而降低,但无显著差异;产卵天数也随着亚致死浓度升高而缩短,对照组和LC20、LC30、LC40处理组之间存在显著差异.%The 2nd instar larvae of Spodoptera exigua were treated with chlorfluazuron at LC10,LC20,LC30 and LC40 sublethal concentrations to study the effects of chlorfluazuron on the growth and reproduction of S. exigua. The results showed that chlorfluazuron had an obvious inhibiting effect on the larvae pupating,and the pupation rate decreased with chlorfluazuron concentration increasing. The pupation rate of larvae treated at LC40 was only 37.44% as much as that of the control larvae. Chlorfluazuron at the sublethal concentrations could cause the rates of the abnormal pupae and adults to increase but had not significant effects on the larval stage,pupa weight,pupal period and eclosion rate,and there was not an obvious difference of gender. The higher the chlorfluazuron concentration,the longer the preoviposition period. In the group treated at LC40 the preoviposition period was 2.75 d.The total amount of spawned egg decreased with chlorfluazuron concentration increasing,and the total amount of spawned egg in the group treated at LC40 was only 42.78% as much as that in the control group. The egg hatchability decreased with chlorfluazuron concentration increasing but there were not significant differences between the treatments at different concentrations. The oviposition duration also decreased with chlorfluazuron concentration increasing and there were significant differences between the control group and the groups treated at LC20,LC30 and LC40.
