不同水培条件对白榆离体花枝结果品质的影响

摘要

The comparative experiments of the isolated sprays’samara quality of Ulmus pumila were carried out under different culture solution amounts,management measures and nutrient solution formulas.The prelimina-ry results showed that the isolated sprays’samara quality could significantly be improved by such cultural prac-tices as using 4-L culture solution and 1 ?4 MS microelement inorganic salt,replacing water every 7 days,pruning every 14 days and regularly rinsing the cut.%在培养液量、管理措施和营养液成份等不同水培条件下，对白榆离体花枝结果品质作了比较试验。结果初步表明：采用4 L 培养液量、1？4 MS 微量元素无机盐培养液和每隔7 d 换水、14 d 短截和定期清洗切口等培养措施，对提高白榆离体花枝的结果品质有显著的促进作用。
