城市创新型经济发展能力指标体系研究——以江苏镇江为例

摘要

Chinese economy is in a critical period of innovative transformation. Evaluating the influential factors, developmental foundation, conditions and potential of city innovative economy could help to establish the basis for its economic development and strategic constitution. Based on the relative recitation of innovation indexes at home and abroad, this article constructed the evaluation index system of innovative economic developmental ability, according to the innovative economic theory and combining with the objective reality, such as data availability. This paper conducted an empirical study of Zhenjiang city and its surrounding cities to verify the scientific and operational value of the constructed index system.%中国经济正处于向创新驱动转型的关键时期.评判城市创新型经济的影响因素、发展基础、条件和潜力,能够为城市创新经济的发展与战略制定提供依据.本文在评述国内外有关创新指标的基础上,依据创新型经济理论,结合数据可得性等客观实际,提出了创新性经济能力评价指标体系,并以江苏镇江及周边城市的实证研究,验证了指标体系建立的科学性和可操作性.
