烤烟主要化学品质性状的遗传效应研究

             

摘要

采用不完全双列杂交法选用10个烤烟品种对全氮含量、全磷含量、全钾含量、总糖含量、还原糖含量、烟碱含量、氯离子含量、石油醚提取物含量等的配合力效应和遗传率进行了分析,结果表明:组合间除了全氮含量和全氟含量外其余各性状均达极显著差异.说明烤烟品种的这些性状受加性和非加性效应基因的共同控制,有些性状加性效应占主导地位,有些性状除加性效应外,非加性效应也起主导作用;同一亲本不同性状的一般配合力效应值有较大的差异,组合的特殊配合力效应值与亲本的一般配合力效应值并无直接关系.%The combining ability effect and heritability of several chemical quality -related quantitative characters (including the content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, chloride and petroleum ether extract) of ten flue-cured tobacco varieties were analyzed by using the incomplete diallel cross method. The results showed that there were very significant differences in various characters (except for the total nitrogen content and total chlorine content) among different hybrid combinations (P <0. 0l ), which indicated that these characters were controlled by both additive effect and non- additive effect genes, some characters were dominated by the additive effect gene, and others were dominated by both. The different characters of the same parents had greatly different general combining ability ( GCA ) values, and the special combining ability (SCA) values of the hybrid combinations were not directly related to the GCA values of the parents.
