GGR6号生根粉对换锦花(Lycoris sprengeri)子球发育的影响

摘要

The 4 - year - old Lycoris sprengeri bulbs were soaked with GGR No. 6 rooting powder solution at different concentrations (0, 25, 50, 75 mg/L) , and the effects of GGR No. 6 rooting powder on the development and physiological characteristics of cor-mels in Lycoris sprengeri were investigated. The results revealed that applying 25 ～ 50 mg/L GGR No. 6 could increase the average number of cormel and root, raise the soluble sugar, reducing sugar and soluble protein content in the bulbs, improve the total amylase activity, and reduce the starch content.%用不同浓度(0、25、50、75 mg/L)的GGR6号生根粉浸泡处理换锦花(Lycoris sprengeri)的4年生鳞茎,研究了其对换锦花子球发育及生理特性的影响.结果表明:应用25 ～ 50 mg/L的GGR6可使换锦花的平均子球数和平均根数增多,使鳞茎可溶性糖、还原糖和可溶性蛋白质含量升高,总淀粉酶活性增强,淀粉含量降低.
