移栽期对福建清香型烟叶质量风格特色的影响

摘要

The appearance quality and sensory quality of the upper , middle and lower leaves of flue -cured tobacco transplan-ted on different dates were analyzed .The results showed that the upper leaves of tobacco transplanted on February 25th showed the best maturity level, leaf structure, oil content and chroma.The middle and lower leaves of tobacco transplanted on March 10th dis-played the best color, maturity level, oil content, plumpness and gloss.With the advance of transplanting date , three parts of tobac-co leaves showed a changeable tendency from heavy aroma or heavy -middle aroma or middle aroma to middle -light aroma in the a-roma type, they also revealed the changes from burnt sweet to burnt -light sweet in sweet sense, and the quality of tobacco leaf was gradually improved.So the early transplanting of Fujian tobacco could exhibit its light -aroma characteristic and enhance the sensory quality of tobacco leaves.%　　分析了不同移栽期烟叶上部、中部、下部烟叶的外观质量和感官质量，结果表明：2月25日移栽的上部叶在成熟度、叶片结构、油分和色度方面好于其他处理，3月10日移栽的中部叶和下部叶在颜色、成熟度、油分、饱满度和光泽度方面好于其他处理。随着移栽期的提前，3个部位烟叶样品在香型方面均表现出由浓香、浓偏中、中间香向中偏清转变的趋势，在甜感方面均表现出由焦甜向焦带清转变的趋势，烟叶质量逐渐提高，因此提早移栽可以彰显福建烟叶的清香型风格，提高烟叶的感官质量。
