以烤烟品种吉烟9号为材料,探讨了连作对烤烟根际微生物和内在品质的影响.研究表明,连作烤烟根际的细菌、真菌数在烟株生长后期显著增加;土壤pH减小,有机质、碱解氮、速效磷含量在移栽后20 d至40 d较高,总体来说,连作1年化学成分均衡、致香物质总量较多,更接近优质烟指标.%Tobacco cultivar Jiyan 9 was used to investigate the effects of continuous cropping on the rhizosphere microorganisms and internal quality of flue — cured tobacco in Yanbian area. The results showed that: in continuous cropping, the number of rhizosphere bacteria and fungi increased significantly in the later period of tobacco plants growth; the soil pH - value decreased, and the organic matter, available nitrogen and available phosphorus contents in the soil were higher from the 20th day to the 40th day after transplanting. As a whole, the tobacco which was continuously cropped in the first year had more balanced chemical compositions and more amount of fragrance matter.
