新生代农民工失业保险参与意愿及影响因素分析

摘要

This paper used Logistic model to statistically analyze the willingness and influencing factors of 521 new-genera-tion migrant workers’ participation in unemployment insurance in Jiangsu area.The results showed that the gender, migrant work-ing period , employment contract, working industry, satisfaction of social insurance policy, and accepted social assistance were the main factors affecting the willingness of migrant workers ’ participation in unemployment insurance .In order to further increase the rate of new-generation migrant workers ’ participation in unemployment insurance , the author put forward the following sugges-tions:improving the social insurance policy , supervising and urging enterprises to sign employment contracts with the migrant workers, and promoting the human capital of new-generation migrant workers.%以521位新生代农民工为例，运用Logistic模型，对其参与失业保险的意愿及影响因素进行了统计分析。研究结果表明：性别、外出务工时间、劳动合同签订情况、所从事的行业、对社会保险政策的满意度以及社会救助接受情况是影响参保意愿的主要因素，需要通过完善社会保险政策、督促企业与农民工签订劳动合同、提升新生代农民工人力资本等方面进一步提高新生代农民工失业保险参与率。
