Under the condition of field, we studied the effects of different plastic film mulching ways (half plastic film mulching, complete plastic film mulching, no plastic film mulching) on the physiological characteristics of boll-subtending leaf and the yield of cotton.The results of experiments showed that: in comparison with other plastic film mulching ways, the half plastic film mulching way could increase the contents of soluble sugar, amino acids, soluble protein and MDA in boll-subtending leaf, and could enhance the activities of endogenous protective enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT), which led to higher single-plant boll-forming rate, more bolls per plant, and higher seed-cotton yield and lint-cotton yield.It is concluded that the half plastic film mulching way can promote the physiological metabolic activity of boll-subtending leaf, and is beneficial to the formation of cotton yield.%在大田试验条件下,研究了不同地膜覆盖方式(半膜覆盖、全膜覆盖、无膜覆盖)对棉铃对位叶生理特性及产量的影响.试验结果表明:与其他覆膜方式相比,在半膜覆盖方式下,棉铃对位叶中可溶性糖、氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量较高,内源性保护酶SOD、POD和CAT活性较强,MDA含量较高,促使单株成铃率高,单株成铃个数多,最终籽棉、皮棉产量较高.说明半膜覆盖方式可以促进棉铃对位叶的生理代谢活动,有利于棉花产量的形成.
