微绿球藻对罗氏沼虾幼体发育的影响

         

摘要

The influence of different mass concentrations of Nannochloris oculata on the growth and development of Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae was studied.This experiment designed five groups,and the mass concentration of N.oculata in the control group,group A,group B,group C and group D was 0,2.5×105,7.5×105,12.5×105 and 25.0×105 cell/mL,respectively.The experimental results showed that the larval survival rate of M.rosenbergii in group C and group D was 54.7% and 59.3%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P<0.05).The metamorphic time of M.rosenbergii larvae in group C and group D was significantly shorter than that in group A and the control group,and the metamorphic time in group D was the shortest (29.3 d).The dry weight of metamorphic shrimps in group C and group D was significantly heavier than that in group A and the control group.The different mass concentrations of N.oculata had no significant influence on the full-length of metamorphic shrimps.It is concluded that adding 12.5× 105~ 25.0× 105 cell/mL N.oculata is conducive to the growth and development of M.rosenbergii larvae in the course of larval breeding.%研究了不同质量浓度的微绿球藻对罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)幼体生长发育的影响.试验分为5组,对照、A、B、C、D组的微绿球藻质量浓度分别为0、2.5×105、7.5×105、12.5×105和25.0× 105 cell/mL.试验结果显示:C组和D组的罗氏沼虾幼体存活率分别为54.7%和59.3%,显著高于其他组的(P<0.05);C组和D组的幼体变态时间显著短于A组与对照组的,以D组的变态时间最短,仅为29.3 d;C组和D组的变态仔虾干重显著大于A组与对照组的;不同浓度微绿球藻对罗氏沼虾变态仔虾的全长影响不显著.说明在罗氏沼虾育苗过程中,添加12.5× 105 ~ 25.0× 105 cell/mL的微绿球藻,有利于罗氏沼虾幼体的生长发育.
