In order to deeply understand the seed germination rule and fruit growth and development dynamics of Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate (Punica granatum),we measured the fruit vertical diameter,transverse diameter,and fruit shape index of Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate in growth and development period,and observed the germination rate of its seeds.The results indicated that the seeds of Tunisian soft-seed pomegranate began to germinate 1 week after accelerating germination,and the germination rate was 83.2%.The two cotyledons of pomegranate seeds were intertwined,and the seed morphology formed basically on the 60th day after flowering.The seeds collected on the 60th,90th and 120th day after flowering were dark red after being stained,which showed that the lignin content in the seed coat was high.The results of fruit vertical diameter and transverse diameter measurement showed that the fruit growth and development were increased rapidly during 30~60 days after flowering,and tended to be stable from the 60th day after flowing to maturing stage.%为了深入了解突尼斯软籽石榴的种子发芽规律和果实的生长发育动态,以突尼斯软籽的果实和种子为材料,测量了其生长发育时期中果实的纵横径、果形指数、种子发芽率,结果表明:突尼斯软籽石榴种子催芽后1周开始萌芽,发芽率为83.2%.石榴种子的两片子叶呈相互缠绕状态,花后60 d时种子形态基本形成;花后60、90、120 d种皮染色后均呈深红色,说明种皮中木质素含量较高.对其果实纵横经的测量结果表明:果实在花后30~60 d迅速膨大;花后60 d到成熟期果实生长发育趋于稳定.
