喷施叶面肥对棉蚜侵害后棉花叶片保护酶活性及光合指标的影响

         

摘要

The author studied the influences of spraying foliar fertilizers(the original liquid or formulas of"New strong con-dition"foliar fertilizer)on the protective enzyme activity and photosynthetic indexes of cotton leaves which had been injured by A-phis gossypii. The results showed that the treatment 7(spraying the formula No. 1,No. 2 and No. 3 of"New strong condition"fo-liar fertilizer at seedling stage,flower-bud stage and flower-boll stage of cotton,respectively)had the best effects on the improve-ment of CAT, POD and SOD activities and net photosynthetic rate in cotton leaves. In comparison with the treatment 1(spraying water only),spraying"New strong condition"foliar fertilizer could reduce the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and stom-atal conductance of cotton leaves to a certain extent. The population density of A. gossypii in cotton field had a certain relationship with the air temperature.%研究了喷施"新壮态"叶面肥原液及其配方对棉蚜侵害后棉花叶片保护酶活性以及光合指标的影响.结果表明:处理7(在苗期、蕾期和花铃期分别喷施"新壮态"叶面肥配方1、配方2和配方3)在提高棉花叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及净光合速率方面效果最好;与处理1(清水对照)相比,喷施"新壮态"叶面肥会在一定程度上降低叶片的胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度;棉蚜的发生数量与气温有一定的关系.
