土地可持续利用评价与诊断——以安徽省为例

         

摘要

从资源环境合理性、经济可行性、社会可接受性3个方面,选取27个因素构建了安徽省土地可持续利用的评价体系,采用熵值法确定各评价指标权重,多目标线性加权定量计算了2014年安徽省各地级市土地可持续利用评价值,并利用Arcgis软件制图分析安徽省各地级市土地可持续利用值的空间分异规律,找出了影响安徽省土地可持续利用的障碍因素.结果表明:安徽省土地可持续利用基本处于临界可持续和基本可持续状态,最大值为铜陵市(0.602),最小值为淮南市(0.376);通过障碍因素的诊断可知,影响研究区土地可持续利用评价高地区的因素主要包括:森林覆盖率、人均耕地面积、土地垦殖率、耕地年减少率、GDP 年增长率等,研究区地可持续利用评价低地区的障碍因素主要包括:GDP总量、科技投入占财政支出比例、人均GDP、人口自然增长率等.%This paper selected 27 factors based on the rationality of resources and environment,the economic feasibility and the social acceptability, and built an evaluation system for the sustainable land use of Anhui province. The weight of each evalua-tion index was determined by using the entropy method. The multiple-target linear weighting method was used to quantitatively calculate the evaluation values of sustainable land use of all prefectural-level cities of Anhui province in 2014. The spatial distri-bution rule of the evaluation values of these prefectural-level cities was analyzed by using Arcgis drawing,and the obstacle factors affecting the sustainable land use of Anhui province were found out. The results showed that the sustainable land use of Anhui province was in the critically sustainable state or the basically sustainable state,the maximum evaluation value was 0.602 of Ton-gling city, and the minimum evaluation value was 0.376 of Huainan city. The main obstacle factors affecting the sustainable land use of high-evaluation areas in Anhui province included forest coverage rate, per-capita arable land, land reclamation rate, an-nual decrease rate of cultivated land,and annual GDP growth rate. The main obstacle factors affecting the sustainable land use of low-evaluation areas included GDP gross, proportion of science and technology investment in financial expenditure, per-capita GDP, and natural population growth rate.
