欠发达地区脱贫攻坚的问题及对策建议——基于江西3个贫困县的调查

摘要

基于江西3个贫困县的实地调查,总结了江西3个贫困县在精准识别、精准帮扶、十大扶贫工程等方面的一些有效经验做法.在此基础上,综合分析了欠发达地区扶贫攻坚存在的问题,并提出了欠发达地区进一步完善精准扶贫的对策建议,以期为欠发达地区及全国脱贫攻坚提供借鉴.%Based on the field survey of 3 poverty-stricken counties in Jiangxi province,this paper summarizes some effective experiences and practices in poverty alleviation(accurate recognition,accurate help,and top ten poverty-alleviation projects)of these 3 poverty-stricken counties. On the basis of this,the author comprehensively analyzes the existent problems in poverty alle-viation in underdeveloped area, and puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions for the further improvement of accurate poverty alleviation in underdeveloped area.
