基于简单重复序列(SSRs)分子标记技术对40份棕色棉和21份绿色棉材料进行遗传多样性比较研究,结果表明:66对多态性SSR引物在棕色棉和绿色棉材料上分别扩增出268条和240条多态性等位变异,棕色棉和绿色棉多样性指数(H)分别为1.408和1.350,平均位点多样性(D)值分别为0.729和0.713,遗传相似系数(J)平均值分别为0.643和0.677;采用类平均法进行聚类分析,棕色棉被划分为8个类群,绿色棉被划分为4个类群,从中国农业科学院棉花研究所选育的品系来看,类型划分与系谱比较一致.综合分析表明,棕色棉遗传多样性显著高于绿色棉.%The genetic diversity of 40 brown cottons and 21 green cottons were analyzed by SSR (Simple Sequence Repeat) markers.The results showed that a total of 268 and 240 alleles at 66 polymorphic SSR loci were detected in 40 brown cottons and 21 green cottons, respectively, with the average genotype diversity index (H) of 1.408 and 1.350, the average maker diversity (H) of 0.729 and 0.713,and the Jaccard's coefficient of 0.643 and 0.677,respectively. Brown cotton could be classified into 8 main groups and green cottons into 4 main groups by clustering analysis with the un-weighted pair-group method of arithmetic averages (UPGMA) .The result of cluster analysis was coincided with the pedi-gree information based on the genetic relationship of lines developed by CCRI. In a summary, the genetic diversity of brown cottons was greater than that of green cottons.
