多年生黑麦草种质材料苗期耐钴性综合评价及钴离子富集特性研究

         

摘要

Plant height, aboveground biomass, relative electrical conductivity, chlorophyll content and pro-line content of Italian ryegrass accessions at seedling stage were measured under different Co2+ stresses. Co2 tolerance in 27 Italian ryegrass varieties was comprehensively analyzed by principal component analy-sis and subordinative function. Results showed that Aowaxun and Morsanskij had the strongest Co2+ toler-ance , and kangaroo valley and Pakeer had the weakest Co2+ tolerance. The enrichment features of Loliumrnperenne T.underCO2+ stress were studied.. The bioconcentraation factors (BCF) of aboveground part oirnItalian ryegrass decreased with exogenous Co2+ concentration increasing. BCFs of the weakest Co2+ toler-ance materials were greater than those of the strongest Co2+ tolerance materials. Transfer factors (TF) were initially increased then decreased%通过测定27份多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)种质材料的株高、地上生物量、质膜透性、叶绿素含量和游离脯氨酸含量等形态和生理指标,利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对其进行耐钴性综合评价,探讨钴胁迫下多年生黑麦草对重金属钴的富集特性.结果表明:来自于荷兰的奥瓦逊和来自于苏联的莫桑斯克多年生黑麦草耐钴性较强;来自于澳大利亚的堪加鲁何谷和来自于英国的帕科尔多年生黑麦草耐钴性最差;其他材料居中.在钴胁迫下这4份多年生黑麦草地上部和地下部钴含量均显著增加(P<0.05),耐钴性较弱的材料对钴的富集系数均明显大于耐钴性较强的材料;重金属钴转移系数随着土壤中钴浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势.
