急性冠脉综合征患者J波改变与心脏事件关系的分析

Objective:To analyze the correlation between J wave change and cardiac events as well as prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS). Methods: One hundred and twenty-seven inpatients with ACS between 2009 and 2010 were divided into groups of J wave change(n -62) and controls(n =65) for examination and comparison of the clinical symptoms and cardiac events. Results: ACS Patients with J wave change experienced more attacks of chest pain,dyspnea and serious arrhythmia compared with the control subjects (P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion:ACS patients with J wave on KCG tend to have serious clinical symptomsand poor prognosis and are likely to undergo serious cardiovascular e-vents.%目的:分析急性冠脉综合征患者心电图J波改变与发生临床心血管事件的相关性,并探讨心电图伴有J波改变的急性冠脉综合征患者的临床预后.方法:选择我院2009～2010年住院期间确诊的急性冠脉综合征患者127例,心电图检查显示J波改变的为J波组共62例,无J波的作为对照组共65例,比较两组临床症状及心脏事件发生情况.结果:心电图显示有J波的急性冠脉综合征患者发生胸闷、胸痛、恶性心律失常等临床心血管事件较无J波组多(p＜0.05).结论:心电图显示J波的急性冠脉综合征患者临床情况较差,预后不良,易发生严重心血管事件.
