1916名高职院校学生总体幸福感与多种心理社会因素的关联研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the mental health status of students in higher vocational colleges for evidence-based health education in those subjects. Methods: By stratified cluster sampling, 1 916 students were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), General Well-Being Schedule ( GWB ), Social Support Rating Scale ( SSRS ) and Personal Scene-Trait Coping Style Scale (TCSQ) for assessment of the mental health. Results:By certain dimensions in SCL-90, the scores were alternatively present for male or female students. Yet the estimation by SCL-90 suggested negative correlation with GWB, social support and positive coping styles and exceptional positive correlation with negative coping styles (P ＜0.05 ). The social support and coping styles affected greatly on the results of SCL-90 and general well-being. Conclusion :The findings suggest that students should be given more instruction on how to seek social support with positive coping style when supplying them with mental health education.%目的:了解高职在校学生心理健康状况,为开展心理健康教育提供循证依据.方法:采用分层整群抽样选取某高职学校在校生1 916名,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、总体幸福感量表、社会支持评定量表、特质应对方式问卷进行心理健康评定.结果:在SCL-90各维度中,男女生得分互有高低.SCL-90与总体幸福感、社会支持、积极应对方式存在明显负相关性,而与消极应对方式呈明显正相关关系(P<0.05).应对方式、社会支持对SCL-90和总体幸福感存在调节作用.结论:高职院校开展心理健康教育时应注重加强学生采取积极应对方式及寻求社会支持的能力.
