不同生源地男护生压力及压力源调查

摘要

目的:考察不同生源地男护生压力及压力源的现状.方法:采用访谈结合量表的方法对177名在校男护生进行调查.结果:不同生源地男护生压力水平存在差异,压力源也不同.结论:应根据生源地的不同进行针对性的护理教育和心理健康辅导,并在招生及就业时提供指导.%Objective:To investigate the stress and stressor status in male nursing undergraduates from different districts .Methods:Interviews and ques-tionnaire were used to survey the stress and stressor in 177 male nursing undergraduates.Results:The stress levels and stressor were significantly different in male nursing undergraduates from different districts .Conclusion:Nursing education and psychological health counseling should be initiated at the en-rollment and job hunting phase,and specific to the male nursing undergraduates from different districts.
