烟草物流配送中心绩效评估研究

摘要

Performance evaluation of logistics distribution center plays an important role on improving tobacco company's op-eration management. According to the logistics performance evaluation criteria issued by the state tobacco monopoly administra-tion, a performance evaluation index system with the consideration of the real operation condition of Tobacco Company is es-tablished. Based on entropy method and order relation method, the subjective and objective weights are combined to confirm the weights. Then, benchmarking management and triangular fuzzy number are used to determine the membership degree of each index. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the overall performance of the distribution cen-ter.%物流配送中心的绩效评价是烟草公司业务改善提高的重要依据，根据国家烟草局卷烟配送中心绩效评价准则，建立了绩效评价指标体系。基于熵权法和序关系法确定各指标主客观组合权重，结合使用标杆管理法和三角模糊数法确定各指标的隶属度，采用模糊综合评价对烟草配送中心绩效进行评价。
