加强党员干部日常生活作风建设研究∗

摘要

加强党员干部日常生活作风建设是全面从严治党、推进党风政风和社会风气好转的根本要求。中国共产党一贯高度重视党员干部的日常生活作风建设，形成了优良的传统和一系列的制度规范。近年来，一些党员干部在日常消费、婚姻家庭生活、人际交往、休闲娱乐等方面不同程度地存在着一些违纪违法现象和问题，有的问题甚至成为贪污腐败和蜕化变质的导火索。加强党员干部日常生活作风建设，不仅需要增强理想信念教育，引导党员干部处理好情、理、法和公与私的关系，培养党员干部积极、健康、向上的生活情趣，更要落实廉洁自律准则和纪律处分条例，同时要严格执法，强化监督，营造风清气正的政治生态。%To strengthen the construction of the daily life style of CCP members and cadres is significantly required for promoting the strict governess of CCP, improving the political climate and social climate. CCP has been continuously attaching great importance to strengthen the construction of daily life style of CCP members and cadres, good traditions and institutional norms thus formed. Currently among some CCP members and cadres, there exist breaches of laws and regulations in many aspects such as daily consumption, love and marriage life, daily interpersonal communication, leisure life and entertainment, some of these problems even become the fuse of corruption and degeneration. To strengthen the construction of daily life style requires us not only to actively enforce education of firm faith and principles, to guide CCP members and cadres clear among personal relations, principles and laws, to cope well with the rela⁃tionship between work and personal life, to develop CCP members and cadres′active,healthy and upward life style, but also to formu⁃late and implement the disciplinary rules to prevent corruption. It′s also necessary to carry out strict law enforcement, strengthen super⁃vision, and re⁃construct the clean political ecology.
