The value of the big data has a revolutionary effect on the public decision innovation. The big data processing has the ability of self adaptation, self organiza⁃tion and self learning, which is similar to the highly nonlinear dynamic process of the interaction between neurons. The "DW nervous system" public decision⁃making model based on the technology of big data will get rid of the traditional"random sample" and the cau⁃sality research paradigm. And, it will obtain wisdom and be applied to many areas of public decision⁃making through the"whole sample analysis" and "correlation analysis" method. Big data is conducive to the government and the public participation in decision making, the precision of the decision, the prediction, and to provide analysis of the isolated point. In the future, we should pay more attention to the research and application of big data technology, reshaping the public decision⁃making mechanism based on the data, actively cul⁃tivating professional talents, and making the data security work well.
