Food safety is a crucial issue of social health and public safety, and it is also an important part for the supply-side structural reform.To increase the level of China′s food safety supervision, it is very important to recognize the new developments, systematically study the critical problems of food safety supervision.And provide the basic path for the food safety supervision such as enforcing the fundamental construction of administrative management, clarifying the responsibility of supervision, increasing the technical support of the supervision, and completing the supervision regulations and standard system, thus promoting the supply-side structural reform in the food industry and the development of food safety strategy.%食品安全不仅是重大的公共安全和民生问题,也是供给侧结构性改革的重要内容.为提高我国食品安全监管水平,需充分认识我国食品安全监管面临的新形势,系统梳理食品安全监管存在的突出问题,并根据供给侧结构性改革的要求,从加强监管基础建设、明晰监管责任主体、强化监管技术支撑和完善监管法规与标准体系等方面探寻食品安全监管的基本路径,推进我国食品行业供给侧结构性改革和食品安全战略的实施.
