目的:建立稳定的受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型。方法采用肝纤维化的SD大鼠,行56.3%比例的小体积肝移植12例,95.8%比例的全肝移植12例。结果成功构建了受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型;受体肝纤维化大鼠的全肝移植组术后24 h肝功能、7 d生存率明显优于小体积肝移植组(P<0.05)。结论成功建立了受体肝纤维化大鼠小体积肝移植模型,可作为相关研究的有效动物实验平台。%Objective To establish the small-size liver transplantation model for cirrhotic rats. Methods Of the 24 SD cirrhotic rats,12 underwent small-size liver transplantation (56.3%) and 12 underwent whole liver transplantation (95.8%). Results The small-size liver transplantation model was successfully established for cirrhotic rats. The liver function 24 h after operation and the 7-day survival rate were significantly higher in whole liver transplantation group than in small-size liver transplantation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The small-size liver transplantation model for cirrhotic rats can be used as an animal experiment platform for liver transplantation-related research.
