足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟负重区组织缺损的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of medial plantar flap with neurovascular bundle in the repair of heel defect.Methods A total of 30 cases with heel tissue defect vepaired by the medial plantar flap due to cancer or trauma in our hospital from October 2010 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study.There were 24 males and 6 females with age ranging from 6 to 67 years,and their sensory and motor functions were scored to evaluate the effects.Results All the defects got primary intention healing and the skin grafts survived with no occurrence of ulcer.The patients were followed up for 1-3 years with an average of 2.8 years.Patients generally could walk at 1 month after surgery.Conclusion It is the first choice for the clinician to use plantar flap with neurovascular pedicle in repairing the soft tissue defect of the heel,which can restore the appearance,function and sensation of the heel.%目的 探讨带有神经血管束的足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟缺损的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我科2010年10月-2015年12月因肿瘤或外伤等原因进行足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟组织缺损的患者共30例,男性24例,女性6例,年龄6 ～ 67岁,对感觉、运动等方面的恢复程度进行系统评分,以观察疗效.结果 所有病例均1期愈合,供区游离植皮也全部一期成活.随访1～3年,平均2.8年.无溃疡发生.患者一般在术后1个月即下地行走.结论 采用带有神经血管蒂的足底皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损能够较好恢复足跟外观、功能及感觉,是临床首选方法.
