当代中国社会主义友善观

摘要

“Friendly”,as one of the core values of China on the Report proposed in the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC, is a heritage of both Chinese and Western traditional ethics thought,and is given present-day meaning in the new era as well. By comparing the related words in China and Western countries,and combing the process how the term was proposed and estab-lished since the foundation of the socialist system,it is found that the connotation of this word has gone beyond just as a principle to deal with friends.In fact,it has extended to include such ethical and moral value pursuit as a rule to deal with relationships between man and man,between man and society,between man and nature,between man and himself.Hence,actively cultiva-ting and practicing the socialist concept of“friendly”is of great significance to both the fostering of good citizens and that of fine character.%党的十八大把“友善”列为我国社会主义核心价值观之一，既继承了中西方传统伦理思想中的相关内涵，同时又在新时代赋予了友善现时代的含义。通过中西“友善”相近、相关词的比较，以及梳理我国社会主义制度确立以来“友善”观提出和确立的过程，发现“友善”已不仅仅是局限在处理人与朋友关系的准则。事实上，在社会发展和使用的过程中，“友善”已内含着人与他人、人与社会、人与自然、人与自身关系的伦理道德价值诉求。所以，积极培育和践行社会主义友善观既具有培养“良好公民的品德”之需，也具有修养“善人的品德”之需。
