日本介入南海争议问题与中国的战略对策

摘要

There are several strategic purposes behind Japan’ s intervention in the South China Sea disputes at present:to pro-mote its economic development, to safeguard the ocean transportation channel, to struggle with other countries for the superior status of economy in Southeast Asia, as well as to contain China in strategy. The influence of Japanese involvement of the South China Sea issues can’ t be ignored. It will bring about a series of challenges to China in terms of safety of China’ s sovereignty, settlement of the South China Sea disputes as well as implementation of the Belt and Road strategy. Therefore, China should at-tach great importance to this problem strategically, and positively adopt integrated measures to cope with it.%当前日本全面介入南海争议问题有多方面的战略意图，其战略意图包括：经济发展的考量、维护海上运输航道安全、争夺在东南亚地区经济主导地位以及在战略上对中国进行围堵和牵制等。日本介入南海问题对中国的影响不容忽视：它将会给中国的领土主权安全、南海争议问题的解决、“一带一路”战略的顺利实施等等带来一系列挑战。我国必须在战略上高度重视日本介入南海问题，并积极采取“软实力为主、硬实力为辅”的综合战略对策进行应对。
