摘要

The main aim of the research involved here is to derive a singularly perturbed model in its discrete stochastic time invariant form and design a Kalman observer controller along with the optimal control and cost computations. The model is to be separated into slow and fast models. These two models are combined into what is known as a composite model. These models are then evaluated in a simple example to illustrate the analytical results. We have used the LQR techniques to compute for the optimal cost. This was accomplished with the use of MATLAB. Finally, we evaluated the complete model's robustness.
