University is taking in the last decade complementary roles in teaching, research and innovation. Effectiveness in university education today is seen not only from the skills of their students, but from other more pragmatic aspects such as job placement rates and professional students. Thus we can speak of work responsibilities of University, as this new role which is about the integration of students into the labor market in a satisfactory manner, ie, assuming roles and functions that are appropriate to their training.;However, major challenge for university is properly guide their students to know and accept their own abilities, be aware of their own employability, taking their knowledge and skills to be fit in real professional life.;Therefore it is essential to reflect university itself in three critical teachable moments: the selection of college and university career, the career development (skills acquisition theory - practice) according to their expectations, their occupational and professional in the labor market.;In this path, it is essential adequate guidance and under the profile of the young. Initially, his closest relational group (family, friends ...) will be the primary reference source, but then, it will be the University who should provide quality real advice, not forgetting the role of business in this endeavor. The professional job placement and college is a concern that crosses the threshold of the European Union, given the inevitable socio-economic landscape surrounding. United States and Japan, for example, show a cutting interest of maintaining quality and excellence in its universities. From our position, it is interesting to note the behavior patterns that lead to these universities to be excellent. Thus, it becomes essential, for example, applying active learning and pragmatic look at the labor market needs, guiding and tutoring college students in their professional uncertainties show an educational program that fits in their human and material resources current trends in society, in different branches of knowledge.
